Create your BarTender Portal account

Registering for your BarTender Portal account is quick and easy. Click the button below to get started. When prompted, create an account using your business email address.

• Go to the BarTender Portal and click “Create an Account”
• Use your business email address to register
• Verify your email and log in to the Portal

Get familiar with the BarTender Portal

The BarTender Portal hosts your account information and download center. Once signed in, you can access your trial license, download the software, and manage your account.

• Log in at portal.seagullscientific.com
• Click “Downloads” from the main Portal homepage
• Click “30 Day Trial” on the BarTender Download Center page

Redeem your code to get your Product Key Code (PKC)

Use your redemption code to retrieve your BarTender Product Key Code to activate your BarTender product.

• Click “Get my trial license code” in the Download Center
• Fill out the short form to receive your 16-digit Product Key Code
• Save your PKC — you’ll need it to activate BarTender

Install BarTender

Once your BarTender software is downloaded, run the installer. For trials, Seagull Scientific recommends using the standard installation options in most cases.

• Run the installer and follow the standard installation prompts

Activate your BarTender trial license

Have your Product Key Code (PKC) ready. To activate your license:

• Run the BarTender Licensing Wizard
• Click “Activate a New License” and enter your 16-digit PKC
• Select a licensing server and complete the registration

Create your first label template

Now you’re ready to design your first label. BarTender includes hundreds of built-in templates — or browse the full template library to find one built for your industry.

Where do I find my Product Key Code (PKC)?

1. Click “Downloads” from the main Portal homepage
2. Click “30 Day Trial” on the BarTender Download Center page
3. Click “Get my trial license code” to fill out the form and receive your PKC

What does the trial version include?

The BarTender trial provides 30 days of access to BarTender Enterprise Edition for up to 3 printers — the full feature set, no restrictions.

How long does the trial last? Can I extend it?

The trial lasts 30 days. If you’d like an extension, contact the Cormark team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do I have access to support during the trial?

Yes — the trial includes an active support plan. You can access the BarTender support portal anytime, or contact Cormark directly for hands-on help from our Atlanta-based team.

How do I upgrade my trial to a full license?
