AUTO LABE MODEL 550S — SEMI-AUTOMATIC ROUND PRODUCT LABELER
The Auto Labe Model 550S is a cost-effective, time-saving semi-automatic labeler designed for accurately applying pressure-sensitive labels to round products. Rather than manually pulling the liner, the 550S uses a sensor-activated motor — when the operator removes a label, the sensor detects its absence, closes the circuit, and automatically advances the next label. Activated by a foot pedal, the 550S averages 10–15 bottles per minute on a 2½” diameter round bottle and handles round products from 3/8″ up to 6″ gallon diameter.
Portable, lightweight, and tabletop-sized, the 550S is ideal for small to mid-sized production runs that need consistent label accuracy without the cost of a fully automatic system. Plug-in 120 VAC with compressed air required.
