The Toshiba Tec B-SX8T is Toshiba’s widest industrial thermal label printer — delivering 8-inch wide-format label output for the most demanding wide-label applications including pallet labels, chemical drum labels, GHS compliance labels, and large-format industrial identification. Built on the same Near Edge printhead platform as the B-SX5T and B-SX6T, the B-SX8T features floating head technology for automatic media thickness adjustment, sharp and precise 305 dpi output, and print speeds of up to 8 ips — all in a rugged all-metal industrial enclosure.
The B-SX8T is purpose-built for industries where wide, accurate, and durable labels are required 24 hours a day — including chemical manufacturing, automotive, paper and pulp, lumber, and heavy industrial applications. Ribbon Save functionality and a 300-meter ribbon capacity keep operating costs in check over high-volume production runs.
